I have been using the mat for 14 days now and have used it immediately. Thanks to the blood circulation in my back, I am pain-free again after this short time. The knee pain has also subsided. If it stings too much, you should use the cotton cloth supplied. Keep at it and you will stay healthy.

I bought this mat because I have problems with my lower back. I've been using it regularly since I got the mat. I started with 5 minutes, yes you have to get used to it, but now I can do 10 minutes. Yes, I can already feel a clear improvement. I also use the mat for my feet as I also have circulatory problems. I use the mat in the evening and my feet are warm for the rest of the evening. That is simply fantastic. In short, I wouldn't want to be without this mat and I'm glad I discovered it 😊.

I have only had this set for 14 days, but I would like to say that my back pain/tension has already improved. The sciatic nerve was tormenting me a lot, the pain has been blown away. Of course you have to get used to the stinging, but I put on a light T-shirt and thinner Capri pants and then lay down on the mat. I had been thinking about buying a set like this for a while but the price put me off. Now I'm glad I bought it. I use the mat before going to bed or during the day when I feel totally tense. Bought acupressure mat because of neck problems. Was also at the orthopedist (tablets against neuritis).
When I use the mat and pillow, I fall into a pleasant deep sleep that lasts about 2 hours.
I can lie on the pillow in the neck area very well. I use the mat every day. Neck has recovered. I also rub ointments on the neck and shoulder area every day as a preventative measure.
